Reflection Questions

My greatest wish is to inspire parents, teachers, grandparents, aunties, uncles, caregivers, foster parents, counsellors, and youth leaders to engage in rich and meaningful conversations with the children and youth in their lives. Through conversations on topics such as the ones in the reflection questions suggested here, we can help our children and youth gain perspective on the global transformation process that we are living through. We can teach them essential self-regulation skills to help them navigate their experiences. Love and compassion for self, others, and our Earth, are the most powerful resources that we can offer our children and youth. Collaborative and engaging conversations that focus on the silver linings from this time will help us all to carry the lessons and skills from this global transformation forward. We can choose to live life on Earth for the best and highest good of all. I am in the process of building a library of new and classic songs to accompany us and inspire us on this transformation journey. You can find this public playlist on Spotify, under the name “The Great Global Pause”.
